II · Philosophy
i
Every estate in our book is one we've visited and sat with before signing. For the vigneron, it means the person representing your wine in Texas has spent time in your cellar. For the sommelier, it means every conversation with our rep is a real one built on firsthand knowledge.
ii
Where the wine is poured matters as much as how it was made. We place bottles strictly in the hands of sommeliers who do justice to the wine's story. Producers get the respect their craft deserves, and restaurants are equipped with the context to tell an effortless story at the table.
iii
After a wine sells, we close the loop. A photo from the table. A note from the sommelier. Reorder velocity. Most distributors treat this as optional. This is the service both sides deserve. The winemaker knows their wine is in good hands; the sommelier has a direct line back to the maker, which becomes a story to tell at the table.
iv
Texas's dining scene is one of the most dynamic in the country — ambitious, international, and hungry for wines with a point of view. Producers gain a market that values what they make. Sommeliers gain access to estates chosen for Texas's tables, not the overflow from someone else's list.
